Principal Harry Gilligan helps people and their organizations connect with the best that is within them, to maximize their working potential.  He brings a diverse background to his business, which includes sales and sales management in the broadcasting industry, Division I collegiate athletic administration, ownership of a championship professional basketball team, experience in consulting, and training in sales, management and business ownership.  He has over 25 years of experience in consulting and training.  He has worked with many business owners to dramatically improve their businesses.

Harry, a graduate of the University of Colorado, with a Master's degree in communication from Michigan State University, is also a masterful speaker at seminars and executive briefings.  He holds briefings on topics of critical important to business owners, and addresses thousands of men and women at seminars covering a wide range of personal and professional development topics.  He has personally worked with the Presidents and Senior Management teams of dozens of companies within the New England region to analyze their unique solutions and profit improvement strategies for these same companies touching on all levels of their organizations.
